Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the original, unopened product in its protective packaging to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in resaleable condition.

  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new fragrance choice within 3-5 business days.
